Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston, born 9 August 1963 into the musically inclined family of Newark New Jersey is the daughter of the gospel singers Cissy Houston as well as John Russell Houston Jr. They are also cousins of singer Dionne Warwick. As a child, she sang in her New Hope Baptist Church Choir in Newark. When she reached the age of fifteen, Houston was singing professionally with backing vocals alongside her mother on Chaka Khan's 1978 song Im Every Woman. It allowed her to achieve seven US charts-topping singles in a row and surpasses the Beatles. Album sold in US 3,000,000 copies, and later reached 25,000,000 copies world-wide. The album brought her first of her six Grammy Awards. The Whitney 1987 album, featuring Where Do Broken Hearts and I Wanna Dance With Somebody as songs, grew on the success she had achieved. The 1992 film The Bodyguard sealed her spot in the top 20 most-sellers ever. The film, and her performance in it were not very popular, however the music and her interpretation of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was a hit for a few months in the charts, and she sold over 44 million singles and albums across the globe. When she had her daughter Bobbi Brown, she got married to Bobby Brown of the ex-New Edition group. At this point, her documented drug use started and in 1996, the singer used to use drugs every day.

Dana Bash or Dana Ruth Schwartz as she is more commonly known, is an American anchorwoman reporter as well as CNN's political correspondent. She hosted a variety of weekend programs for the network, such as Evans & Novak: Late Edition" as well as Inside Politics." She worked previously for NBC and CBS.
